Quarterly
Club Meetings are held at 8:00 PM on the second Wednesday of the month in March, June, September, and December.

Board of Directors
Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 8:00 PM.
(If the first Monday falls on a holiday, then it will be held on the second Monday of the month.)

Due to the increased costs of heating and cooling, the archery members will be expected to contribute to the electric and oil expenses of the main clubhouse. This is in line with the additional fee charged for the use of the indoor pistol range.

Members must have a range card to use the indoor archery range.

Non-members will be charged $5.00 a visit.

All archery league participants will be charged $5.00 a visit to pay for any prizes, costs and a small return to the club.
